We strive to ensure your package arrives on time. IN/ONE is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or after delivery.
IN/ONE processes orders on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
-Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST with Overnight or 2-Day Shipping will be processed and shipped the same business day.
-Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
-Orders shipped via FedEx Ground will be processed within 2–4 business days.
-Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

At this time, IN/ONE does not ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. IN/ONE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit or after delivery confirmation.
